Well even if you could prove that there is a substantial difference in the races in what section would use to categorize? If you could say that a black man shouldn't be hired because black people are statistically less intelligent on the whole, wouldn't it be fair to say that an Irishman shouldn't be hired on basis of a disposition to alcoholism. What about the white people who live in Africa. The biggest fallacy in any argument about any sort of difference between races is that even if there is a statistically significant difference on a whole doesn't mean the individual expresses that trait.
