    Received my first Moderna vaccination tonight. The pharmacy had a handful leftover they needed to stick in someone by the end of the night. 😁

      That's great MigL! I was really surprised how much better I feel knowing I've got my first dose. I know I can still get sick but knowing it won't kill me makes me less nervous around those many people who don't wear a mask around here.

      I have my second dose scheduled for Saturday.

    IT would be nice if the 5minutes I took to locate a data link did not get me blocked from  the thread I was writing in - or was it simply because you didn't like what I was saying?

    I guess- in science censorship and sackings for having opinions others

    dissagree with is now the way everyone behaves.

    Community reputation -1 poor ? Block him quick I dont like what he said.

    Is that really how this forum is run?

      No one in particular was mentioned but the notion (or "idea" as I called it) comes from people. 

      While we attack ideas around here and not people, it is generally good practice to not suggest someone's notion is "stupid" without supplying justification. Even better is to avoid the word "stupid" altogether.

      Thanks! WhatsApp makes it a lot better than the old days but I agree it is not the same. Two of our granddaughters live about 8 hours away so we video chat with them but having them sit on your lap is definitely better! 😃

      Haha. I have a reputation for giving my kids, nieces, nephews, and now grandkids, anything and everything they want. It's probably a well earned reputation. I can't say "no" to them. My wife jokes that if she wants me to say "yes" to something she asks one of the kids to ask me. 😆

    Finally graduated magna cum laude as an MD.

    Although I have received the wonderful opportunity to specialise in neurosurgery, being a neurosurgery resident is just a dog's life I could not lead for the lengthy duration it has. Because of lots of reasons, I've decided to carry on as an aspiring future anaesthesiologist.

     I don't have Covid 19! test came back negative! Looks like just plain old viral pneumonia! That 104 fever was a bitch! Feeling better now! All I need now is a flight back to NC, CA is nice but home is nicer!
