The lipid rafts are the main compartment of the inner nuclear membrane and are involved in various biological functions.
The lipid rafts have been studied for their role in many diseases, including cancer, heart diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases. The studies have shown that these lipid rafts play a significant role in the trafficking of proteins and lipids across membranes.
In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in understanding how these lipid rafts are created and what their role is in the cell.

That's where the acid reaction comes in, I think. I have not worked it through myself but, looking at the problem, I think that's what you are supposed to use to find the answer.

Amylose is a type of starch that is found in plants and grains. Amylose is also known as amylopectin.
In order to interpret amylose spectra, the sample should be heated to about 100 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. It should then be cooled down to room temperature before it can be analyzed.
