      How is the Zyban doing mate? have you started to do something that replaces smoking? Like chewing gum? Or knitting etc...?

      I'm on my second day on it. I'll be doing it two weeks and then stopping. I'm seeing a quit51 advisor at my local pharmacy to guide me and dispense my prescription. I see him next Monday. I'm cold turkeying. I did it with drugs 15 years ago. I don't want nicotine supplements; that's just transferring your habit onto something else. it doesn't solve the problem of dependency.
