do you mean having a screen that will absorb a photon(say an UV photon) and will then emit a visible wavelegnth photon? If that is the case it would be easier to use a sensor array to pick up the incoming photons that are invisible to the naked eye and then display it on a screen after some image processing. this is how it is actually done except special lenses are made to be transparant for the selected wavelegnth range. the sensors also have to be able to pick up the wavelegnth range as well. the pinhole idea would work but it would be very limited if it was only the one hole. If you had a disc that could rotate with many different sized holes on it it would allow you to display a greater number of wavelegnths. (this is because larger wavelegnths diffract more than shorter ones.) A smaller hole would be used for shorter wavelegnths. d22k is right though pinhole cameras are VERY inefficient when compared with lenses and may require large (>0.5 seconds) if you are taking a picture with one and for motion on the screen it will be very very dim unless you use sensors that have a low energy threshold and the signals can be amplified.

if it does require a new law of nature or a tweak it must provide the new law with evidence of why the old law was wrong when it was wrong and how the new law can account for all predictions made by the previous law that were seen to be accurate. the new law or tweak also cannot contain an exception otherwise it is not a law. in these cases i think it is alright to bring in a new law of nature.

i've never seen an alpha lense(except from magnets and charged plates) before or a gamma lense. alpha radiation is a particle radiation not electromagnetic radiation. Gamma just goes through pretty much anything totally undisturbed. There are types of glass that allow infrared and UV through. below and above this you are betterusing a surface to mirror the radiation to a point (a parabolic dish). again the type of radiation to be reflected requires different materials.

to determine motion you need to relate it to something else. whether that something else is in motion or is at rest is irrelevant as you are seeing motion relative to the something else. no experiment has yet been concieved or even hinted at to be possible that could determine if an object is moving without reference to something else.

well peizoelectric(sp?) devices could be fitted into the shoes and the batteries in a pack worn somewhere but it wouldn't create a significant amount of energy unless you do a 100 mile march everyday. you could hook up a generator to an exercise bike and you can power a tv and a few light bulbs (i done this ). alternatively you could store that in batteries. solar is easiest though.

because you do not need to apply a constant force to escape the earths gravity. 11.2km/s is the escape velocity for the surface of earth. the further from earth the lower the escape velocity.

its an ionic wind thats all build one put your hand under it and you'll feel the wind. makes a great silent fan if your too warm (appart from the generator which humms.)

I've seen similar but i don'tr think anything was done about it as serious as being put on the sex offenders register. I was walking down the street in glasgow and a little girl about 5years old pulled free of her mother and made as if to run across the road. A large truck (maybe about 20 tonnnes) would have hit her dead on if a man in his fifties had not grabbed her arm to stop her running into the path of the truck. what does the girls mother do? starts beating the man with her shopping bags and screaming that he was a paedophile! the truck driver did see the girl and slammed his brakes on but would still have hit the girl. Where was the logic in that the guy SAVED the girls LIFE and he got the beating of a life time!

Never heard so elegantly put! lol! yes i think there might be a language barrier with structured water otherwise it does not make sense. Can you explain further on structured water? surely you don't mean crystals. Quantum effects on the scale we are talking about are just photon capture and emission and electron orbitals but thats it and its quite well understood.
