I think you did the right thing in the first place.

I understand, but I've heard that you can turn sleep paralysis to lucid dreams because you tend to hallucinate during them.
Yes, you can, but it requires a lot of effort to relax yourself back to sleep when all you want to do is fight it.

How do you get those sleep paralysis? Do you just go to sleep normaly and that happens sometimes by itself?
How did you get sleep paralysis last time? Did you try or did it happen by itself?
Nobody in their right mind ‘tries’ to get sleep paralysis- it’s hideous. I’ve had it since childhood although never at night - it always happens during siestas.
But lucid dreams are/can be great.

That's good, but where do you find these. If there are on YouTube I need to have my screen on while listening.
Here’s one

Just type ‘lucid dreaming music’ in the search bar.

That's a good idea. I have a watch that can track my sleep. I might try that. Thx for the answer.
Lots of the lucid dreaming tracks have these ‘check prompts’ within them every now and again, usually as a sort of ping.

You could search ‘lucid dreaming music’ on YouTube. There’s loads there. Might help you have some more. Best to wear earbuds although I find it doesn’t matter.

The difference is that the shoe in the box was always a left foot. Opening the box doesn't define whether it is left or right; it is inherent to the nature of the shoe. In that sense the "handedness" (footedness? chirality) of the shoe is technically "real". Opening the box just reveals what it is.
Whereas the spin (for example) of a photon is not only unknown before it is is measured, but it doesn't even have a defined value until it is measured. In that sense it is not "real". So by measuring the spin, you don't just find out what the value is, you cause it to have a value. And, instantly, cause the entangled partner to have the opposite value.
Another important difference is that the shoe can only be left or right. Whereas you can measure the spin at any angle and get a + or - value for the spin at that angle. And if you measure the spin of the entangled partner at the same angle, you will find it has the opposite value.
How do we know that the values of the spin are not "real" (defined, like shoes, when the entangled pair were created)?
Now, this is where it gets subtle and tricky (and therefore where I might well get the details wrong!). If you were to measure the spin of the entangled partner at 90º to the angle you measure the first photon, you would find there was no correlation. If you measure the spin at some angle between 0º and 90º, you will find there is statistical correlation. The probability of this correlation can be calculated assuming the particles had "real" (defined) values for the spin or they can be calculated using the rules of quantum theory. These two calculations give different results (known as Bell's Inequality). So by measuring this, we can test whether quantum theory gives the right answer or not. (Spoiler alert: it does!)
Hopefully someone who knows what they are talking about will correct any errors in that! But I hope it helps a bit.
Hope it’s not too wrong - I found it a really helpful and simple explanation.

Ok, I’m only answering because nobody else has...
I don’t understand your links, not necessarily because they are not in English- as I have a fairly good grasp in Czech- but it’s just not my area.
I would say that it is not a waste to try this in 6 months; if it doesn’t go quite as planned, you can just try again. And really, that’s all you can ever do - just TRY YOUR BEST!!
Go for it, and, good luck man 😁
Ask @studiot
He is a very good teacher.

Hi, maths is not my area either...
Actually, I just want to wish you the very best with this and say Good Luck as it seems your heart is really set on it.
I would say, in order to achieve what you want to achieve, 6 months sounds reasonable- especially as you’ve planned how you will carry this out.
Stay focused and motivated and look for tips about how to remember certain things. This could be developing your own learning/revising system, perhaps means of triggers- for example- post it notes around your home which make you think about key topics. Well, I found it helped me in my studies but, again, I wasn’t studying maths!
Good luck and I hope you come back to inform us of updates.
There are people here who I’m sure will offer you some good advice.

Reading your other posts it seems you are are asking a lot of questions regarding mental health issues. Here is not the place for you to find your answers, for various reasons- which I’m sure a moderator will explain to you soon enough.
Regarding you queries- there’s a lot of information you can find yourself on this topic through internet searches.
From a personal perspective: you can accept/overcome many pains, both physical and mental, by the practice of something like meditation. I say ‘something like’ only because you can do this without prior knowledge or teaching. It is within us all - but we must have control. No doubt, with practice (and guidance), the tolerance can be accepted for longer and longer periods.

More seriously, it's an interesting topic, and it feeds into other areas (which I accept are probably off-topic)Is the belief that the Earth is flat essentially comparable with the idea that some bunch of billionaires have your best interests at heart and you should vote for them?
One difference is that it doesn't matter to me if you think the Earth's flat (unless you are my pilot) but your vote makes a difference to my life.
It would, for a number of reasons be very useful to understand this issue.I suspect that the Conservative party did- and that's how the lying guy who hid in the fridge from reporters is now PM.

Maybe people just take something from them that they appreciate. Doesn’t have to be outstanding - just something that someone finds agreeable to themselves.
I too have points which don’t necessarily relate to anything scientific. That’s just the way it is. But I don’t bother about it - it’s just nice 😁.
And no - I haven’t given you all those points, but definitely a couple 😁.
Oh, I can also add - I often give people points for the effort they have gone into for giving their reply.
Maybe other people do this too.

I was going to suggest (if the problem hadn't been fixed) that we announce what was happening on some other forums. A lot of the regulars hang out elsewhere (traitors!)
Yes I noticed a few familiar names, hmm Strange 😁

Somebody joined another forum specifically to ask about what had happened here. Their best response was that some banned loser had hacked it.
