I guess 'tidy as you go' applies to surgeons as well as chefs. That sounds awful and frankly, quite scary. It's been a long and painful journey but at least you're on the mend! Hopefully it hasn't taken the cheeriness about you that everyone loves!

well , when I was complaining relevant to these statements , my friend wisely said to me "Yes, that is the system and you can't beat the system.The best you can do is to find a way to make the system work for you.". I would add an inportant point to this comment: I highly recommend that you not miss your happiness/fun. in my opinion ,studying hard is also great.maybe you need to be more optimistic or more positive , and of course it is required studying hard to success your goals,...
