what kind of evidence do want ? touchable evidence ? do you think everything should have a touchable evidence ? what about magnetic field ? can you touch it ? can you see it? does that mean it does not exist ? we can not touch a spirit , we can not see it , does that mean it does not exist ? no , it has its effect, which is life , the same as the magnetic field , has its effect which is a magnetic force.

Jesus himself can be a myth, because he was doing supernatural things , and that is the nature of myths, however Jesus story is based on the idea of God existence , that he was sent by God , Dionysus I think was the son of Zeus , no one care about Zeus , people cared a lot about God in the past , the same as today , an example is ISIS , if he was mentioned as the son of God , people may try to examine it and determine that ,so it is a myth based on another myth which is Zeus . what makes people prefer a myth to be holy than other one , if they were myths believers , they should believe all myths collecting them together to form a huge union of myths, why there is not many religions as the number of myths ? a religion for Dionysus having its followers what makes people in the past so fool to believe in myths ? what makes the 21st century generation great people to determine whether a story is a myth or not ? I think science will not help to make 21st century generation great people to determine whether a story is a myth or not , philosophy only deals with that , is there a revolution in philosophy in 21st century as the quantum mechanics revolution ? I am not talking about blind trust in people in the past , but this should be considered .

it is the same as asking about seeing a magnetic field or energy, we see its effect, how it gives life, and makes a living thing unique.

I think I started the thread by talking purely about death , if you think the topic is interesting participate in it, if you think I am doing some preaching just skip that and participate in what you think is interesting , while religion is mainly dealing with death, I saw to share my thought about death from a religious perspective, as well as philosophically , I am not trying to convince anyone , religion itself says we can not see God we should believe in him without touchable evidence, as you and others in the science forum used to deal with touchable evidence that religion will never give to you, as I believe in God, I may some time share my thoughts about religion with others , the word convince above is not in its place , I try to show how we need religion in life , as we face problems like death and destiny, how we need religion whether it is logical or not , it is similar as talking about psychology and how religion gives calmness and content , and not how religion is logical

he says " Many orthodox people speak as though it were the business of sceptics to disprove received dogmas rather than of dogmatists to prove them" was religion invented by the orthodox , Jewish or the Muslims? religion is something since the beginning of history it is not a claim of Moses , Jesus or Mohammed, why he puts blame on the orthodox ? people invented gods like idols , Imagined gods like Greek deities , a person himself may believe in a god without teachings, do you know why ? because people needed a god in their life, if some one told me that there is a teapot orbiting the sun between Mars and Earth, I will not believe that , do you know why? because I do not need a teapot orbiting the sun!! people need a god that why they believe. he says " the teapot is too small to be revealed even by our most powerful telescopes." that why I do not need a teapot orbiting the sun because it will not be part of science , because (at that time ) science relating to planets is determined by a telescope . he says " I am an atheist." never believe someone who says he is an atheist, there is nothing called atheism, there is a question , every one is asked or ask himself while he is living, while this question is always asked , and always has an answer, there is nothing called atheism, the question is : who made the universe ? your answer is your god if you do not have an answer then you are not mentally healthy. if your answer is Jesus , then your God is Jesus , thank you Jesus for creating the universe , I pray for you Jesus you are my God. if your answer is it came by itself , then your God is the whole universe, perhaps after I die the universe will bring me back to life again , a chance may happen, after an infinite time , you are my God universe , bring me to life again.

I do not know why you bother yourself about the point I am trying to make, if you think religious discussion is meaningless, just skip it to another discussion, if you think it is meaningful participate in it . if you think you are able to stop it by persuading and making points about how it is meaningless ............ I think religious discussion is annoying to some people , they know the truth and ignoring it , if someone is talking about what they are ignoring they will bother because they just want to forget about it . like the one highlighted above.

not enough !! we know someone his name is Jesus , he had a holy book full of wisdom , called Gospel , he lived in Jerusalem, he was born in Beit Lehem , he was born about 2000 years ago , he did miracles and specific ones, etc , specific information like names , places of birth , names of places , dates , names of his followers and disciples , how he did his miracles , his name of his father and mother, etc, specific information like these is not logically be violated by unknown information which was presented above . unknown inventor of Jesus , unknown person who is not seeking for glory, unknown time when the Bible was invented , unknown real story for this person , Jesus, a lot of unknown. those are imaginary figures, they are not humans , I prefer to refer glory for me than another person, for an imaginary I may refer glory to it and I do not care . at least we are sure he was a myth.

they exist nearer to you than you think !! your spirit is one of them!! a dead body can move by electricity or any energy, but will never be able to write poetry , the idea of inventing or doing art is a superior concept, that what your spirit does and a computer does not , your spirit is not yours because you are not able to keep it to your body and not to die!! when your spirit is connected to your body it is weaker than it is away , your body is a kind of impurity for the spirit , that why a dead body will go to heaven and a living one won't.

they exert force to each other which is graavity, the spinning one has a force which is gravity plus the force due to spinning what makes the motor rise up in a horizontal position is it force or something else? momentum is proportional to mass and velocity , the motor to rise up should undergo force , what is the relation between momentum which does not need acceleration and force which is connected to acceleration , how momentum is transferred in order to be conserved? is not that as simple as basic mechanics ? which is something rises it means it undergoes acceleration which a force is acting on it , from where this force came according to conservation of momentum ? and how that forced transferred from the rotating ball to the whole system ?.................?

for those who believed in my experiment I present to you a surprise , a precious gift, the magical experiment which is an alternative to my OP one , the OP experiment will result in small force, not easy to notice, however this is a great evidence for my force , the picture attached is a motor hung by a string fixed to it a rotating ball , first the motor will be in almost a vertical position , due to gravity , when turning the motor on , the ball will spin , now turn the string around so that the motor and the ball will both rotate in the direction shown , the motor will instantly become in a horizontal position due to the force which will cancel gravity !! this is more practical experiment , the motor will be first in almost vertical position then in a horizontal position , very easy to notice .but be careful of the directions of both circular motions . first picture , inclined : http://i1378.photobucket.com/albums/ah116/Yahya_Sharif/untitled_zpsgxldsj3e.png second , horizontal : http://i1378.photobucket.com/albums/ah116/Yahya_Sharif/untitled%20222_zpszslkyfig.png I made a mistake , the direction of the string should be opposite, in both ways you will notice one force upward and the other is downward.

you are mistaken .by changing just the quantity 149e24 in the gravitation equation the force will increase to just 3.52e22 leaving the mass 5.9e24 because it appears in both equations

more mass is in the equator or near.

I urge everyone in this forum to do the experiment in order to show the truth for the whole world, the time for new mechanics laws has come. if it is real science Newton would know about it , so prepare yourself for the magical physics era.

a ball hanging with string in order to be free so that you move it around as it is spinning, it will take the mass a while until it rotate , because the motion will be transferred to the ball after a while , and then magic happens!!

they are not equal , mv^2/r= 5.9e24*30000*30000/149e9 = 3.563x 10^22 newtons , the gravitational force is F = G M m / r^2 F = (6.674 x 10^-11 )(1.9891 x 10^30 )(5.9736 x 10^24 ) / (1.503 x 10^11 m)^2 F = 3.51 x 10^22 N the weight will not be affected, moving from equator to poles, the object which we measure its weight is not spinning, there will not be any centripetal force it is the same as rotating a ring having a mass at some point , the object should be symmetric.

good idea , I forgot to do that , but it may need a week or two , also anyone can do the experiment it is very simple.

the force increases at small radius of the ellipse and decreases at large radius of the ellipse , however we should take in consideration the spinning speed, the spinning speed may increase to a value that we will not need gravity, the path will take all its centripetal force from spinning, if the speed of spinning equals the speed of circular motion we will not need gravity . if it is larger the object will move towards the centre to reduce its radius, it is a matter of experiment I did not invent that , as it is in my OP experiment , which is an evidence. I did the numbers for the earth in my OP that show how accurate it is !!
