  1. If my body font is Times New Roman, 10.5 pt, 1.15 spacing, then what should table/figure caption content size/spacing be like?

      Arial is the equivalent of TNR but sans serif, and Calibri just screams "I don't have any inspiration so I pick the standard font". That, and its stumpy edges make it a total nono for me ^^ Then there was this thing saying that serif fonts are preferred over sans serif ...

      TNR is still the commonly used font for where I am. Typically I use size 12 for the body and 10 for captions. 10.5 for the body seems quite small to me.

      Yes, HyperV is right Function. Make sure the size is comfortable for an older reviewer/examiner. Don't piss them off with small main type
