It seems there is no reasoning with the AGW extremists. All claims made against AGW are met with counter claims no matter how ridiculous. I've enjoyed your posts on the subject very much

Please excuse my ignorance but what is the RSA?
Royal Society of Australia would be my guess. Good job countering the claims of the warmists.
I've been a skeptic for a long time.

Ahh the direct approach, I admire that from a person that hides behind a screen.

Dan, remember that the yanks were settled first. They've had 200 years of extra practice in breeding idiots. Although Barnaby does give them a run for their money.

same to you. You obviously know a lot about Australian politics, thanks for starting the Australian election thread just as I was getting sick of all that stuff about American politics. I've learnt a lot from your posts. At least we don't have anyone quite as unintelligent or inarticulate as Sarah Palin yet. Apart from maybe Barnaby Joyce. :)

I just wanted to let you know that your reply to gentleman-farmer's Eye of Horus thread was awesome. Posts like that are why I love SFN. Sure, we have physics experts... but a surprise Egypt expert?!

Moontan Man. Trying to get my head wrapped around this program. Want to reply and hoping that what you thought as "dismissive" was only ignorance on my part. There was no offense meant. Hey! us Hicks gotta stick together.

JohnB., Rigney here. Tried to get back to you but I'm having a hard time getting up to speed with this program. So, I really don't know if you got my message or not. Would like to keep in touch if we can. Don't know a lot of Aussies!!

I haven't watched all of them yet. Aside from the change in jobs, part of what was removed recently was found to be cancerous. 13 years it had been in my throat and I had looked at it every day. I feel like someone who has just been told that his house was built over UXO. So we've been a bit messed up lately. I can't imagine anything more boring than studying accounting online. lol. Why accounting? Is there a particular purpose that you have in mind?

Hi, ever get a chance to watch the peak oil DVDs? Did I send you Albert Bartlett on Growth? (Kind of a classic Malthusian argument). I'm more optimistic than Albert Bartlett, and see other fairly predictable societal responses to certain stressors, but it does remain a very interesting time to be alive! PS: Studying accounting online sucks. I should have enrolled in an actual TAFE where you sit in an actual classroom. Studying this stuff virtually is even more boring than sitting in the classroom would be! Oh well, at least I get the convenience of studying from home.
