Hello, I have a question whose answer I need in order to check the veritability of my results. If you introduce in container A-1, some water, some gram-negative bacteria, and some Lysozime, after which you incubate it... will the water get cloudy or will it remain clear? If in container A-2 you put water, the same gram-negative bacteria, and some buffer solution (ph 7) will it remain clear or become hazy? If in container B-1 and B-2 you do the same things, but with gram-positive bacteria, what will the outcome be in their cases? Practically I need to figure out which will be hazier than which and which will be clearer than which o,,,o Could anyone please help me? Thanks.
