Primary battery technology

Solve the aluminum from the reaction. Alkaline batteries can be made of aluminum.

I'm looking for battery manufacturers, to test

I want to contact the battery manufacturer in Japan, did not find the contact details

Aluminium is not commonly used because its third oxidation gives a poor voltage. Lithium is an excellent metal for batteries, despite monovalent, because its only oxidation level gives a big voltage. Zinc is a good compromise.

Then you have other worries, like oxide layer, solubility of salts...

So don't be too disappointed if people don't jump on aluminium for batteries. All metals have been checked long ago. Some development is under way in a Japanese university about sodium, not hoping it's more energetic than lithium, but more available and cheaper.
