How do you do a bubble?

Is there a Bubble 101 class that I can attend? :unsure:

Like so:

[bubble=hitler]ARGH[/bubble]

You get:

Character - hitler
ARGH


Available choices are Hitler, R Lee Ermy, Bender, Bush, Cartman, Gir, Homer, Jesus, Zim and Zoidberg. If you can find a good picture of someone else, they can be added to the list.

BUBBLES IN FORMAL DISCUSSIONS CAN BE VERY DISTRACTING, SO DON'T DO IT
