theory of bargain?

i'm going to assume you meant Boron instead of Bore.

as for that being a compound, no.

the Boron, Gallium and Indium could be used to make an alloy but Argon is very very inert. it will not form a compound.

not sure what you expect that mixture to do.

The theory say:If u combine B Ar Ga In u will can use 100% of the solar energy but is not tested...I think is 40% of chance if will be can work --'.But we have anything to lose no?If u have a chance to make that the choise are simple is yes.And i say The theory of Bargain because B Ar Ga In=Bargain.

I think the current efficiencies of converting solar energy can be increased using nanocrystals:

Conventional solar cell efficiency could be increased from the current limit of 30 percent to more than 60 percent, suggests new research on semiconductor nanocrystals, or quantum dots, led by chemist Xiaoyang Zhu at The University of Texas at Austin.
