replication

The most important one is DNA Polymerase. When biologists copy DNA, that's the only one they use, but they replace the other ones with primers and heating/cooling cycles. I'd go into more detail, but this seems like a homework question, and it is better if you study it a little. The wiki page is a good place to start:
