James J Youlton Posted August 9, 2017 Share Posted August 9, 2017 Hi, back in 2012, I stumbled on a way to generate artificial lightning with software by causing the power grid to ground lots of electricity (gigawatts). In April 2013, I managed to transmit my "signal" to the whitehouse.gov mirror site in Chicago (google Chicago flood April 2013 images) and Baton Rouge. Baton Rouge "self destructed" last August 2016 with a two day rainfall of 29 inches. (google Louisiana flood 2016 images). There is more to say, but I'll stop here for now. I still have the "signal" software that triggers the power grid response and it still works. My question is, "If you had this, what would you do with it?" Kind of macabre but the fatalities chart demonstrates this fairly well(if not a strict 1:1 correlation) ...and why the frig would "transmitting a signal" to a website do anything?
