I am not going to do it... but in ALL cases with these I would advise drawing the triangles out as described... you can then look for equivalent angles etc... or whatever tricks you know... but it is MUCH easier once drawn out. imatfaal Posted August 6, 2017 Share Posted August 6, 2017 Actually I am struggling to see an easy solution - I am pretty sure that with enough leg work I could manage a complex very involved answer; but these sorts of questions tend to resolve to a few lines of proof.
