I think I have a new class of sigma models, I know there internal symmetries and now I have no idea what to do with them! I have been trying to read up on quantum aspect of such models...not so easy for my models.

I managed to develop a hashcode equation that decrease the amount of collisions of a large book from 79192 collisions to 28 collisions. I'm proud.

Tell me, how are hash functions like SHA1 used to secure webpages in SSL? I'm looking at hashes on HTTPS certificates, but they're meaningless to me.

Well, my hash function isn't meant for security purposes, but is meant for putting entries into a list without having to search through the whole list of items. Hashcodes assign an index of an entry into a particular index of an array. Since a hashcode % arraysize can have similarities, there are collisions.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryptographic_hash_function I think the way it works is the hashcode function is one-way, therefore the hash values are not decryptable. That is just my interpretation of it, though.

Initially I thought someone just didn't know how to browse safely, but this is just ridiculous. I really think we're being harassed.. For once in my life I'm deeply disturbed and angry. They managed to break through the browser security addons, AppArmor, a stringent firewall, and have managed to change fundamental aspects of the system in order to bypass sudoer-authentication.

Hold on, the pattern of 0755+ for all files /(s)bin/* and /usr/(s)bin/* is still present after reinstall. Doing unauthenticated chmods tells me "not permitted" for some files, but I thought chmod was root-only. I obtained the iso over a public connection. I'll sha256sum on a new iso and reinstall again.
If somebody just fed me a mean cookie, I'm going to be pissed. :P

*sigh* They got my browser again. Time to try that shasummed iso. I called our ISP, but she wouldn't talk to me without the account info.

Looks great (and a belated congrats, by the way)! Good luck with everything come July.

Also, I think I spotted a small typo on the home page.

"...however our primary focus on RNA virus populations in... "

Should have an, 'is,' in there:

We have a geometric framework to discuss mechanics beyond Newtonian mechanics such as that fond in various applied models.

In a sense, but what I am talking about here is classical. You can find a preprint (which is not much different to the accepted version) at http://arxiv.org/abs/1412.2719

Started training for a 100 km in 48 hr hike today. My legs aren't sure what they did to deserve this, but at least my fundraising efforts are going well.

Non-cotton everything is on my list, as it happens. Good tip on the sudocreme, thanks. I had read about using it not long ago as a cheaper and just-as-good alternative to body glide. I was going to trial both, but if you think that Sudocreme is the way to go, I'll just save my money / invest in more moleskin.

If you have time in your preparation I would try as many permutations as possible. I agree some of the solutions are just too expensive - ie you can afford it but just don't wan tot be ripped off for petroleum jelly in a pretty packet.

We've been training every weekend so far, though I've had to skip a couple because of my ankle injury. I was in a hiking shop the other day to get the people there to double check my shoes fit well. The lady there told me that a lot of people would come in the day before to buy new equipment, having done no training at all. I can't even imagine doing that.

I was recommended some peppermint balm by the same store person, which I'm trying today on the second section...
