Arnold Shwarzenegger said in his emotional video clip yesterday that American democracy is like this Conan sword he's holding, that US democracy will get stronger with each tempering (Capitol raid) just like this sword gets stronger with fire and water. It was a very good video and much needed in light of current events but he forgot about one crucial thing which renders his clip a scary cliche - the sword is a movie prop.

We are 4-5 days into it, the test results came in today. She's got a moderate fever (38,5C) and lost her taste and smell, I only lost my strength and I'm sleeping 2 hours during the day 3rd day in a row. We are both caughing a little, our 4.5 year old kid seems completely fine. Christmas is going to be really awesome this year, what a f joke 2020 is. I'm pissed as hell, the vaccine is just a couple weeks away and we didn't make it.

@MigL We are at locdown here untill January 17th at least. I hope you get your vaccine soon, it looks like there is a chance we will be getting the Pfizer vaccine in January here. I would much prefer to get my immunity from the vaccine and not from Covid but it is what it is.

@MigL, Ispoke to a virologist today, apparently I should get vaccinated as soon as possible regardless whether I have the anti bodies or not. Plus there is the new mutation in the UK which the current 3 vaccines should be working against at least for now.

@MigL I havent consulted a doctor yet and havent done the anti-body test since its too early but I presume that if I do have the anti bodies it doesn’t make sense for me to get vaccinated untill I loose them. But frankly I’ll just talk to my doc and know then. Looking forward to our small stake poker game tomorrow night online, I’m bored and tired of sitting at home locked in.

@Silvestru I'm feeling great, 7 days and it was over I'm 10 days from first symptoms. Hopefuly thats that.

@MigL They digitally redone the whole series didn’t they? I allready rewatched TNG twice in the last 15 years, its time for the original now, the upcoming Fall will be perfect. I just spent 10 seconds trying to figure out where the paradox is and I couldn’t, you have to lay it out for me some time.

Side note: My wife was given morphine after cesarean 4 years ago, she/we did not know about her acute allergy to opioids. When I saw her in the hospital I couldn't believe its her, her whole body and especially the face was beyond swolen, I barely recognized her but kept telling her its not so bad while she looked like Jabba. It is funny now because everything ended well but this allergy is just incredible.

Finally graduated magna cum laude as an MD.
Although I have received the wonderful opportunity to specialise in neurosurgery, being a neurosurgery resident is just a dog's life I could not lead for the lengthy duration it has. Because of lots of reasons, I've decided to carry on as an aspiring future anaesthesiologist.

The range is 18km advertised but they clip it down for Europe so Ive flown 2,4km yesterday to my buddies house and went back because it told me to. Transatlantic wouldn’t do on my ~30 minute flight battery (34 advertised) but we could meet somewhere inbetween. im open for sugestions. Diamonds yes. I too have no use for weed and coke (anymore) so its either ice or plutonium for me. As for @dimreepr, just let it go, hes got big feet anyway.

@Sensei, My drone is 570gr take off mass with a 600gr regulated take off mass limit where Im at. That leaves 30gr for diamonds, weed, coke or plutonium as for transporation options. As for sandwitches its an open market, you could make us some that would be great.

I just came back from my first flights, this thing is absolutely insane. The ease of use combined with the tech and speed this thing has is absolutely nuts. 68km/h 1.2m above the ground, 4K 60fps clips, range is just beyond me how they did it - you can fly 3 miles away easily, while retaining 1080p/30 fps live preview on the control radio (its a WiFi signal embeded in a radio signal and it has huge bandwidth along large distances) You obviously have to comply with flight policies where you fly (check in your flight, check weather etc) I'm sory to report that I'm such a tech geek that I forgot to take 4K clips of my neighbours. For now.
