I`m sure most are aware of the EM (Electro Magnetic) Spectrum.
radio waves start where sound stops (roughly 30Khz).
Radio waves depend on a magnetic feild fluctuation (as does all phenomenon in the EM spectrum).
IF a fixed magnet where to be rotated or physicaly moved at a rate of 30Khz or greater, would it broadcast a carrier wave?
Edit: to aviod confusion as to my question, I`ll try a restate;
If a permanent magnet were to vibrate at 30Khz or above, would it emit R.F (radio frequency) ?
