It exists. it doesn't usually exist for long since this is a matter universe but some is made in the sun, some particles are thought to exist in interstellar space and small quantities are made here on earth in cyclotrons.

Your body makes antimatter on a regular basis. The decay of C-14 and K-40, for example, produce it.
